Penguin Pools,

Penguin Pools Pretoria. Bertie. What bad service. As soon as they got their money we do not get any service from them. We ordered a pool which was 20% more expensive than the other quotations, but because it was a brand name and hoped the customer service will be great, it was worse. Only after we paid people warned us about them, but then it was to late. Ordered a pool with jets, creepy and everything as we did not want any hassles of buying anything afterwards, the creepy does not work accurately, our pool pump was running for a week straight and still looked like a dam. Had concrete stuck on the floor of the pool. And every time they say they are sending someone out to assist we go home, wait for the repair man, only to phone him after an hour of waiting, oh sorry he is still busy at another site. It keeps on draining when we backwash it, so my garden is flooded, and i am wasting water. The jets keeps falling out, Creepy gets stuck in one corner until we physically move it to another place.

The electricity cable is about 5cm planted below the ground, isn't that *******?

Now they are not even answering their phone when we phone them. We just want a working pool, with a creepy that is working (oh they said that our pool cant actually accommodate a creepy, so why did they sell it to us then?)

So after we cleaning the pool, the water is finally clear, but the creepy still gets stuck, water is still coming out the pipes and the jets keeps on falling out.

Wow what pathetic service. They want to do a handover so we can pay the last 5% of the invoice, but until everything is working 100% I will not pay them the last 5%.
