Penguin Pool repair disaster.

A R40k re-marbellite of my pool (in 2018) in Kyalami did not even last 6 months before cracks began to show. I had a written guarantee of 1 year on the workmanship. Alec Glyphis and Beryl Glyphis refused to repair the problem - he chose to blame the quality of the water (which was municipal water!) as the reason for the failure. Furthermore, they claimed to be members of NSPI and used their logo on their invoices - which turned out to be false = **********. Thus I had no recourse through the Institute. This company should not be allowed to trade given their poor workmanship, careless attitude, ********** representation of their credentials and ********* way of doing business. I would not recommend them for any swimming pool work, there are much more ethical companies out there doing pool repair work, like We Fix Pools.
