NEVER USE PENGUIN POOLS. THEY JUST LIE!!

STAY AWAY FROM PENGUIN POOL.<br> Pool installed in Oct 2014. Good sales job and I mistakenly paid them on time. In Nov I contacted the rep as they didn't polish the marbalite. 3 weeks later they drained my pool and polished the marbalite. I refilled the pool on my expense, still waiting for a refund. On 15 Jan 2015 I sent a sms to the sales rep that my light and pump is broken. On 21 Jan the pump was fixed but they said they cannot fix the light. On 14 April I spoke to a Hannes, on 10 June to Stefan and then Eben about my pool light, the new malfunction pump and that my pool leaks water. It is still leaking 1cm a day and I have to keep adding water. They all promised to send someone for repairs in the next week. This did not happen as they like to lie and be dishonest. A water pipe broke off because they did not mount the pump to the ground. Spoke to Marie, told her the story and completed a claim form. After 3 weeks the repair guy arrived. My pool is green and looks disgusting. He fixed the broken pipe and fixed the pump to the frame and promised to be back the next day to fix my light, add chemicals and polish the marbelite. There is a new water leak at the pump. Just another lie.<br>
