Incomplete installation of swimming pool!

Penguin Pools has failed to complete work at our house. The pool is still not operational, it was supposed to be completed at the end of November 2015. We have had problems since the start of the project where we constantly had to ask for things to be completed. The last straw is that the pool pump has not been connected, the electrical work for the pool has not been done and the cover for the pump hasn't been delivered. I have complained and sent communications to Marie on numerous occasions and my last communication with her she just responded that she will be forwarding my message to someone else!
