Horrific service and attitude

Read some of the other comments and we have had similar experiences with Marie. We ordered and fully paid for a DIY kit in October 2015, after weeks of following up with Marie, who even had the attitude to just put the phone down on me, the incomplete kit was finally delivered on the 4th of December. I am now still waiting and following up on the filter box and my pool pump stands exposed to the weather. Just received an SMS from Marie after following up again this morning that she is only doing \sales\"..... This must be by far the most horrific and *********** sales person ever."
