HELP!!!!,WON't FIX POOL SHELL THATS FLAKING POOL STILL UNDER WARRANTY!

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I sincerely hope that you can help me. We had a pool from Leisure Pools installed in 2008. Four years later my my husband saw that the outer epoxy later started to blister and flake off. He contacted the installer of our pool and filled in all the insurance paperwork. He followed this pool issue up for 3 years and nobody wanted to take up responsibility. Eventually he was told by Penguin pools that they have taken over Leisure Pools and that we must pay R3000 for the repair. The owner of Penguin pools( ********** 021) is Derek du Plessis cell ********** 750. His then secretary Mercia van Wyk sent us his banking details, Skipper Developments, FNB,Cheque acc ********** 6673, branck code 251545. On 15/09/2015 we paid R1500. They never showed up. On 14/11/2015 my husband was ****ed in a hit and run cycling accident. Since January this year I have taken up this issue with Derek. He then redirected me to Vincent cell ********** 604. NONE OF THEM TAKE MY CALLS. Now I am desperate because I want to sell my house to relocate nearer to my family in Cape Town. I have requested other repair quotes from Clints pools, Poolrenovators,ect but they don't want to take on the responsibility because the shells epoxylayer is substandard and that the pool should be replaced.</p> <p>I HOPE THAT YOU CAN HELP ME.</p> <p>LISE WALTERS</p>
