Do Not use Penguin Pools!!!

I live in Dubai and wanted to replace our existing pool at our home in CPT that was in desperate need of fixing as my mom was far to elderly able of taking care of it! Today I really wish I had read all the comments on here sooner. The service I received was beyond terrible, from the workers sent to my house fyi who took breaks every half hour ,I dealt with the person Mark who was the contact person He sent me a quote of R44000 after going to the property to view the existing pool which was 1.6 meters he suggested I go smaller when I asked to see what the new pool would look like I was told to go and look at the PENGUIN POOLS website! That already should have been warning! I had absolutely No idea that it will resemble more like something to splash in, Its a disaster cause I wont even be able to swim in it....all one is able to do is SIT in it....I was better off buying a Blow up at Game! Mark responded when he wished...because I lived in Dubai I requested to be notified when job was complete , Guess what I am STILL waiting, once they have your money You will NOT hear from them ! I am still incredibly ANGRY! Warning Do NOT use Penguin Pools bunch of ******* and complete *******!
