DO NOT EVER USE THEM TO BUILD A NEW POOL!!!

They installed my pool in July/August 2014. The initial process was brilliant under Marie ***ley. I chose them being R20 000 more expensive than competitors due to my misconception that they would be honorable being an old company in this industry - boy was I wrong. In Dec 2014 I noticed cracks and the pool was leaking and is getting worse by the day. I submitted my warranty claim in Jan 2015 when all was back from leave. It is now 3 months later and all they do is send people out to assess the damage. That's it - they won't call you after that - nothing. I'll phone back and they'll ask me to phone someone new who then wants to assess all over again. The latest person I've been given is JP Du Plessis ***) - the owners son. He doesn't even pick up his phone or respond to messages to phone back. <br> <br> Phone me any time if you are considering them ***). Or lawyer-up if you choose to them.
