Atrocious service delivery

I have never been exposed to so many false promises and non-delivery on deadlines in my life. Having been warned about this before and having read the Hello Peter complaints, I nevertheless thought I could probably handle it (I am a lawyer) and was attracted by that \life long guarantee". Don't make the same mistake I have made - although I have remedies at my disposal in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and some other in terms of the common law (for example i.r.o. damage to property) it does not make up for the unbelievable disillusionment - does nobody honour their word anymore? I thought that was the crux of client service?! The one thing I take away from this experience is my son's disappointed face every time I have to tell him that his expected swimming date has been postponed again. At this rate I will have to approach another supplier for a heat pump because all those idle promises of my son still being able to swim this summer sadly amounted to less than nothing.
