Payflex nonsense

Ordered using Payflex. The store cancelled the order but Payflex continued deducting even though the store had canceled the order and service with them.

When I contacted them they stated that the funds would be returned within 5-7 working days. 2 weeks later they are still deducting funds from my account.

When you contact their customer care line there is an automated message "there are no available agents in the queue at this moment "........ is there no 1 working there..... Is this even a legit business????
