No assistance offered

I bought items via Payflex as I normally do and had that item returned and refunded via Payflex however Payflex still says I owe them while in actual fact they are owing the R1 difference from the refund I have sent emails multiple times and they told me it will be resolved a week later issue is still not resolved. And now they ignoring me
