Bad attitude and dishonest

Please beware of this company as i paid 75% of the quote and i am sitting with half a installation and a second hand battery. The owner Vincent says that is what i paid for and we are square. Nothing on the quote said anything about second hand battery. now i must pay for the balance of the installation, buy solar panels and cables.
