Extremely Unhygienic accomadation

On the 01/01/2016 my family and i checked in to Pendleberry for a two night stay. We were fami**** with the accommodation as a few years back we stayed at this place and it was reasonably fine. To our surprise when we checked in the lady was still cleaning but we opted to wait outside until she was done. This was very disappointing as the reservation consultant promised that the chalet will be ready by the time we get there. The cleaning lady was very unfriendly rushed through what she was doing and as we entered and unpacked our stuff into the fridge we found the stove was very dirty the cupboards was filthy too. Let alone the fridge was leaking and the air-con.This was the most horrifying stay i have ever experienced. Filthy is putting it lightly , the bedding was dirty the kitchen and the toilet had ****roaches, This was a major concern because we had a one year old baby and this was not hygienic at all. its ridiculous that we receive such ridiculous service for a rate of R1900 a night. I will never recommend this place to anyone it seriously the most disgusting place i have been too.
