Pen & Ink Rustenburg Square Pathetic

Pen & ink Rustenburg at the Square is the Unfriendlliest most unhelpfull staff i have ever come across. This is no racial comment just the truth, the black ladies sits around laughing and joking . We were the only customers there..my husband and myself...they called out to the white lady who was busy dusting the shelf at the furthest part of the store.....to come to assist us. She was very appologetic although it had nothing to do with her....i would truly recommend a mystery customer to be used just for one week....seeing IS believing. Unreal !
