Pembury Lifestyle Group not paying monies back

I purchased a unit from Pembury Lifestyle Lodge for my mother in August 2012. My mom passed away in August 2017 and they sold the unit in June 2018.

Since the sale I have been unable to get my portion of the money back from them.

I have already sent two lawyers letters, without any response from them.

They are a listed company on the JSE, but was suspended in May 2018 and according to www.investing.com they have app**** for liquidation BUT they continue to advertise on Mix and Hot FM thus “conning” more investors.
