Bad service

Whatever you DO NOT ever use PELZERS ULTRA CAR WASH on Barbara Road it's part of the shell garage, I went to get my car washed, 2.5 hours a Mercedes arrived and got service before I do then later my car was NOT cleaned when I approached the woman that apparently cleaned my car and asked her to please clean it she took my keys and thew it against my dash, I called the owner, elderly afrikaans male, waiting another hour she called me and said my car was cleaned, it was not cleaned at all he vacuumed a little bit on the sides, I got into my car with my seats wet as it feels like they took a cup of water and poured it over my seats, the owner was extremely rude and said I need to wash my car I rep**** and said but isn't that the reason I am here? He stormed off with anger! I got a friend of mine to call and find out why they didn't clean my car, my friend got threatened etc. This is i find extremely unprofessional and rude...
