How to mess up your business

Possibly the most *********** and unprofessional business that I've had to deal with lately. I owed an anesthetist, Dr L. Lushiku, an outstanding balance after surgery (which happens so often because you never know who they are before-hand and they love charging greedy above medical rates prices).

It took a while for my gap cover to process the claim. During this time, they send blank, incoherent SMSs that look very similar to **** texts. They also send you collection e-mails with incomplete information on the documents. Obviously trying to scare you into paying. All of this which is completely against the relevant ACTS.

The payment was made and one would think that this is the end of the story. Nooooooooooooooo. A week after, they're still asking for the money. So of course you would think that proof of payment would help. So I sent it and they even responded and in doing so confirmed that they received it. But nooooooooooooooooooooo. The very next day they ask for proof of payment.

I'm not a fan of the circus but I should definitely take my child to this one. It's hilarious.
