excellent customer service

Hi I was very impressed with the service i received from Fazel at Pelican Tyres Mkondeni Pietermaritzburg on Friday 11 October, I had purchased brand new truck tyres on the 9 October, I had an issue with 1 tyre whilst on a delivery, when I got back to Pietermaritzburg I wentback to the branch, without hesitation he changed the tyre and was very empathetic.
