Bad customer service

Tv was struck by lightning and their technician came out and took a part and went to get replaced part. Came back and repaired it. This was on 30 September 2021. On 9th November TV packed up and have been trying to get them to come back to check TV again and they have just been avoiding all my calls and don't call back at all. Bad customer service all round.
