Pathetic Service

We contacted them (PELICAN POOLS) to advise that there is a crack in the pool, and they need to fix it after numerous tempts to contact them they said that they will send someone out but up until today no one even phoned back to advise by when someone will come out, even asses the damage of the pool. they have pathetic after service.
