Non existent service

Needed to purchase a replacement oval rubber seal for the top of a Poolright S4000 KM2 sand filter.

Could find no address to visit to purchase part. On finally locating and phoning them they refused to divulge an address where I could fetch the part. Committed to deliver to my home between 12h00 and 13h00 the same day.

Did not arrive at all. On following up at 16h00 was told that they would reach the same day. They did not and when I phone at 18h00 they did not andwer the phone.

On following up at 08h30 the next day they pretended that they could not hear me and when I persisted with phoning they switched the phone off.

At no stage have they tried to get back to me with any feedback.

Don't trust this company because they do not walk their talk.
