Bad and/or no service

I was recommended to make use of Poolrite to install my pool. I should have noticed from day 1 what they say and produce do not match. They were suppose to commence work on a Thursday - no one pitched up or no call. I just received a message the Friday evening they will commence the Saturday. So it went like that from when the pool will be delivered, pump setup, coping etc. Nothing ever materialized on the agreed and discussed date. No apologies or explanation, we will just see workers arrive. After receiving there full amount it was getting more and more difficult to get hold of any of the various contractors, salesperson or management. I currently have outstanding defects which includes, damaged garage door and lock (they bumped the door out of its rails trying to lift the shell over the wall), pool pump not aligned and not securely bolted, supplying me with a pool cleaner that can not reach the end of my pool, and not fixing the glass pieces on top of my neighbours walls which was broken when they lifted the shell over it.
