Disgraceful lodge pelican Park no christians

On 25.02.2021,one of our friends we trusted made an EFT Payment on our behalf as we do not have EFT options in our resources we believe in cash, it was explained to us to make a booking at this lodge till 28th Feb,, it'd cost us 2200.00 two thousand two hundred rand for a full house verbally, upon presenting the received EFT p. O. P. From the gentleman we paid ahead to pay it forward to the lodge,, the lodge accepted,,, upon our arrival the funds never cleared,, then the owner manager Mr Oliver Eugene,, as he presented himself,,, required 3000.00 three thousand rands in cash upfront,,, we managed in minutes to get the cash and he gave us a receipt,,, we agreed that the three thousand would be a down payment untill the funds clear within 2 to 3 working bank days,,, the next morning untill today he requires another 1000.00 thousand rand, and another 5800.00 five thousand eight hundred rands,,, thus far we have already paid him 4000.00 in cash,,, we contacted the gentleman that did the EFT to the lodge,, Mr Eugene's personal business account not the lodges registered account,,, to cancell the payment and reimburse the 6800 we asked him to EFT in cash,,, he confirmed he did cancell and we are to collect the cash,,, we had a funeral, a wedding, and a doctor's appointment to attend to, Mr Oliver kept on making threats to us,,, that he will go to saps as we committed ***** and the payment is not really, and he trusted us,, now we partying,, there's no covid screening, sanitizing, the place wears no face masks, it's full of ants and bat's,, the pool is dirty,,, the beds has no sheets,, bedding, nothing,,, it was filthy when we got there to book in then there was still missionaries sleeping there and working there making clothes,,,, he was so disrespectful all he forever wants is money,,, I contacted law enforcement agencies and judges all advises that it's a civil matter and he can't pinalise cash like milk from a ***,,, this man is very inconsiderate of the given circumstances,,, he threatened me with eviction order P. I. E. Act even before we occupied,,, thing is I arranged everything but was never there to sleep or enjoy nothing just visited,, no contract,, he also doesn't keep his side of the bargain,, please help,,,, this guy is putting me and my family under severe pressure
