Very poor communication

Parcel not delivered. Very poor communication from Pelican Express. I phoned them a few times this week. The lady I spoke to promised me that the parcel would have been deliverd on Wednesday. Then Thursday. I phone her back today, now she said that it will be delivered today. She keeps on promising to phone me back but does not do that.
