SHOCKING DELIVERY AND SERVICE

Shocking service and delivery. No one answers the telephone, no one replies to email, no one replies to the on-line communication option. Just awful service. My order has been out for delivery with them since 9 December. Today is the 22 December, and i am still waiting. Together with Mr Shopper, the worst experience ever.
