Seems like they are operating in era before technology- parcel has been with them for 2 weeks and no delivery scheduled.

Worst customer service ever!!! Parcel has been with them for 2 weeks now and they do not respond to emails or answer their phones/leaving messages on their answering machine. Companies who use this courier service should really reconsider as the service is non- existant.
