Pelican express THE WORST

I am waiting for my delivery from pelican express, order date was 25/09/2020 today is 31/10/2020 It needs to be delivered from Pretoria to Witbank which is only 100km away , I have a tracking number, for the first three days I used the tracking number , progress was about 20% per day, progress the last three days was 0% per day, how can a parcel take do long to be delivered? I had a parcel coming from Cape Town with another courier company and I received it within 3 days delivered over 1300km away
