PELICAN EXPRESS - NO RESPONSE OR DELIVERY

I have phoned several times and sent many e mails. You go to voice mail, they never return your call. Ordered via Mr Shopper. I am also not able to get hold of them, same story. My parcel has been 25% delivered for week. Moved to 75% delivered yesterday. Now read these reviews and am doubting I will ever receive my goods. Which transport company charges R70 for delivery and cannot deliver after it has been with them for a week?
