Pelican Express and Mr Shopper

I placed an order for my son's Christmas gift through Mr Shopper, i recieved a call from Pelican Express to let me know my order would be delivered and a tracking number via email. It's been stuck on 79%progress for 2 weeks. I have tried phoning numerous times and sent emails and get no response. I have the same experience when trying to contact Mr Shopper. NO RESPONSE!!! *****ing people's hard earned money
