There are no words that can actually explain how terrible this company is. There drivers / courier service are not equipped to transport big shipments. My fridge/freezer was loaded lying down as it was transported in a normal 4x4. Drivers did not have the necessary equipment to off load and move the fridge/freezer into my house. They firstly wanted to leave my order in the street as they did not want to move into the house. Eventually they started moving the fridge / freezer and I had to ask the security guard to assist them. Seems like the drivers spend the whole afternoon in a pub. Perfect the drivers name advise in the morning my order will be delivered by 4pm I called at 3:30 to get an update and I was advise he will now only be able to be there at 7pm by 6:30pm I called again just to be told they will only be there by 9pm. With a huge struggle they put my order in the middle of the kitchen and I removed the packaging. The drivers ran out of my house left the box in the middle of the driveway and drove off.
