No service, No response, does this company even exist???

My goods have been sent for courier end of November, They have only generated a tracking number 2 weeks later and still failed to deliver. Where are my goods? I have e-mailed, called and used live chat with no response. They should change their name to slow tortoise but it would be an insult to the Reptile species.
