No EXPRESS No Delivery from Pelican Express

Delivery date of parcell was suppose to be on 10 September 2020. Later to receive a message that delivery changed to 11 Sept. By tracking the WAYBILL NUMBER the parcel still shows Kroonstad. The parcel comes from Gauteng and must be delivered in Cape Town. Later prommices were made for delvery on latest on Monday 14 Sept. Monday they prommice to have it to me on Wednesday... and no after communication nor delivery. It is now Monday 21 September
