Horrible Service at Pelican Express

I ordered goods through Mr Shopper on the 26 November 2020 and they were supposed to arrive on the 03 December 2020. Pelican Express is their courier company and sadly I am still waiting. Pelican Express is as horrible as Mr Shopper if not worse. All calls and emails are not answered or responded to. They are **********.
