DO NOT USE Pelican Express

If I could it will be 0 stars. Not answering emails, phone calls or even live chat on their website after 25 November. Their mailbox was now full for almost a week. I think also with clients who's packages are not delivered. I received an email on 24 November with tracking information about the delivery of my package. Spoke to them personally and received a promise of the package being delivered within a few days. Now more than a week later still no packaged. I am not sure how their dealings are with Mr Shopper but it seems to be a partnership of ******** people out of money.
