Bad!

Worst communication.... If they even answer the phone! My tracking been sitting on 84% for almost 2 weeks and still has incorrect delivery address though I've asked to rectify so many time.... When I've managed to actually speak to someone. The lady on phone sounds like she is speaking from a garage or something. Highly doubt it's an actual company.... ****!
