Worst phone call from a business ever!

I called this morning to place and order for vibracrete slabs and poles, but the employee, Shanaaz, was very unfriendly. When I told her that I do not appreciate her hostile tone, and that I will call later when her mood is lighter, her reply was "you are mistaken my baby". Is that how you speak to customers? No apology? There are plenty of competitors in this industry but I wanted to support local businesses. How can I if they are not client-centric? Zero stars!
