POOR SERVICE

I have tried to come in contact with someone in the technical department, or even someone which will be able to help with some technical advise. I contacted the company on a number of occasions to obtains Technical Data sheets, but with no luck. I contacted them last week and left messages for them to get back to me for some advise, but with no luck. i must say this is purely pathetic service. I my self was employed with 2 of the top Paint manufacturing companies in South Africa, and if we gave this service we would have been dismissed very easily. All i want is Data sheets on their products, and advise. One thing is their products are very well priced.
