NO Accountability

I installed Pekay torch on product on a roof terrace in Cape Town. Post installation the waterproofing issue was in fact worse than before. I called Pekay to site and they blamed everything from the heritage area to the crack in the neighbor's wall. I requested a report from Pekay to investigate why the waterproofing failed. I am still waiting. From my dealings with Pekay it transpired that they push to sell their product and don't give a flying F if the installation is successful. As a seasoned architect I will definitely not recommend Pekay no anyone
