Awesome Customer Service

In the current circumstances and environment, we all are very quick to complain about poor service, well on 03 August I had the most AWESOME experience and service from a lady called ROSE from Pegasus Toys.

I purchased a lot of “TINS” like the old people use to collect, between these tins I found one of their products and wanted to establish the age, value, etc

Without even asking a lot of questions and making excuses she gave me her cell number as to send her a picture and VERY PROMPTLY I was assisted.

I don’t know who or what she is within the establishment but I would like to convey a BIG THANK YOU to her and believe her works standard and ethics would be a great asset to any company.
