Pegasus Insurer / Broker Not Paying a Third Party Claim

I would like to complain bout Pegasus Brokers or Insurer. On the 08 March 2019 i was involved in a car accident whereby JKJ express driver(driving with a Zimbambe drivers licence) was trying to overtake me and driving on a high speed hit me at the back and front door of my car. I had witness in the car and some from my workplace since they saw what happened.We went to open a case at the Sebenza police station and the JKJ Express driver agree that he was wrong since he was rushing to drop a delivery then knock off since it was his birthday.On Monday the 11 March 2019 i contact JKJ Express and ask to speak to the Manager then I was transferd to Jason. Jason emailed Almari the insurer for me to send all paper work and i did exactly that after few days i was told to do two quotations then submit to them, the quotations were done and submitted to them,few days later i was told that the assessor will contact me in Oder for us to meet so that he can assess the car and we meet at the panel beater that's were problems started, firstly the assessor was rude to me the next day i called the insurer Almari to tell her what happened and she apologized.Then two later the assessor send then a report about his recommendations and now the quote was half the prize then i declined their offer and i stated my reasons. Almari told me that now they are taking this case to their lawyers off witch it was.I ask for their lawyers contact so that i can reach to them since the matter was taking forever and i'm struggling with transport, the lawyer ask me to sent witness statement and I did. Few weeks later i was told by the lawyer(Morne Senekal) that they will appoint another assessor.While waiting for the new assessor to contact me I was contacted by the Panel Beater to say i must come to the workshop because the Assessor called them and instructed them to strip the door panel in order for him to know what is damaged and i took the car to the panel beater and they striped the door then i sent all the pictures to the same old assessor Ernst.Few days later i called him(assessor) to get feedback and he told me that he sent all his recommendations to the insurer then i called the insurer and she told me that they sent all the documents / offer to their lawyer i should contact him.I contacted the lawyer and he said he will come back to me before the week ends and he did not contact me, I sent him an email asking about his feedback and he reply to my email today 31 may 2019 saying he still need to contact their Insurer;s driver for consultations about my allegations. After all the wait nothing has been done. Hellopeter please help me to get out of this and to help other people who experienced what I went through.
