The worse aluminum installation company in South Africa if not the continent

The worsened aluminum company in the country. They send their worker to site with no tools. The guys just sit there the entire day with lots of work and no tools to do the job and what is worse, they won't even bother to pick up their phones. I don't even know how many times they had to change the glass for my from door because they kept on bringing the wrong ones! They look all good on paper but customer service, nothing!! Handling complaints from their client, nothing!! Returning calls, nothing!! All they know is meetings and meetings if they answer the phone! What about me as your existing client!!! They expect you to pay them upfront and as soon as you do that, they are gone!! If they pick up their phones they will tell you that they are busy but they are paid! Very ***********!!
