PEGANIX **** - R4000 not refunded after course cancelled

We paid R3999 for a course PLC. Telemetry and SCADA scheduled for February 2022, which was cancelled. No money was refunded. No phone calls or emails were answered. We sent a colleague to the address but it was false. Now they are re-advertising the same course for June 2022. They named the Balmoral Hotel Durban as the venue but the Hotel had no record of the booking. They have since removed the hotel name from the flyer. We have been ****med of R4000 with no communication at all.
