Misrepresented billing to secure booking

We asked the owner Pierre if he could host us for a bridal shower - Pierre agreed but was unable to give us a quote per head but insisted that the food and decor would not be more than R100 a head - on the basis of trust we went along with it. On the day Pierre included drinks on our bill that we did not ask for as he said he made the decision on our behalf to provide welcome drinks which he charged us R32 per person which he has said was included in the R100 per head. I am disappointed in the way Pierre handled the situation, he was incredibly rude to his staff who were trying to resolve the situation. Pierre misrepresented the quote and later charged us for things we did not order which he said were included in the price per head.
