Peermont D'oreale grand hotel ruined wedding night

Was terrible. We booked out the honeymoon suite for our wedding night. When we came there they messed up the booking and just refused to help us. My wife was standing crying in her wedding dress outside the hotel. We confirm the booking 3 days before the time. And everything was fine then.

A stranger outside came to assist to drop us of at home and We had to pay the car guard money so we could use his phone. As we didn't have any money or form of transport at that time.

I am very upset with that **** place. And the staff working there. You can never replace a night like that.. that was suppose to be special.
