Disgusting Service

<p>I won a 1 night stay at the Mondior Hotel for me and my Girlfriend. We had planned to go sit and have lunch at the Restaurant by the pool and have a quite chilled afternoon. We ended walking out there as we waited for 15min and we were still never served. I got up twice to go call a manager for service and made them aware of how long we had been waiting for service. Even after that still no luck with service. I think it's disgusting to have received that treatment when I am a paying customer. Problem for me was I had the whole afternoon planned with sitting by the pool having lunch and sipping ****tails and my plans were completely ruined due to very bad service. On our way out I asked for a manager and the person I asked, asked why and I said because your service is terrible and all they could say was sorry and watched us walk away, not come back in and we will attend to you, NOTHING.
