Upon our early check in, we were helped by Bongani who was very helpful. We had pre-booked two rooms which we had then paid for, but were asked to wait for an hour so our rooms could be prepared.<br> <br> After an hour we returned to reception, and enquired from the manager Mike who was at the front desk. I asked exactly this -which way is my room 1206 ,sir? <br> We were told by bongani that 1206, and 1207 were our room numbers as we had already paid!<br> <br> Mike then shouted aloud infront of your other hotel guests who were just as disgusted- he then shouted and waved his finger in my face as camera surveillance should well replay- 'I will not direct you to rooms in my hotel!! ' .<br> <br> Appalled.<br> <br> Bongani out of terror who was also embarrassed that Mike had disrespected us as woman, infront of many other guests, quickly explained that we already paid and our rooms were 1206,&amp
