Unhelpful staff, NO Television

Checked into Peermont Metcourt at Emporors Palace on Sunday 5 May 2019, just to find that their DSTV is not working and has not been working since Saturday. Now, this is a massive problem for me as I have booked until Friday. When you get back to your room after a long day and you just want to relax and watch TV but there is NO tv. Why is the issue not displayed on websites as if I had known this I would've booked elsewhere! This is a massive inconvenience and all reception says is well they working on it!!! Cannot be as it has been 3 days and counting! Absolutely ridiculous. I book at Peermont Metcourt every month and I am really disappointed. Definitely NOT recommended!
