The Best hospitality service yet!

My fianc? and I travel quite a lot, though this is the second Peermont hotel we have visited. We initially booked for one night, but we were floored by the great service we received, we decided to extend by another day. Unfortunately we didn't get everyones name to thank them, from the clean reception area with an efficient and smiling receptionist, a classy deco in a quite room far from the restaurant noise, to a hostess, Lerato who made us feel very welcomed. Only let down being the dirty plates. Second day we felt like royalty, Thembi-the manager, is a gem to this brand. So kind. We have no words to describe her, just the best! Thank you Thembi! We are definitely going to make more stops to this place, even though it is a bit out of our way from home, All because of the great service received! Keep up the excellent work guys!
