Mondior Peermont really 4 stars...? 1star yes

Having booked into the Mondior hotel at Emperors palace on the 2nd Jan...2016 on a bed and breakfast stay..<br> Was extremely disappointed in the service/ no service at Breakfast...<br> Never in all the years of staying at a 4star hotel have I had such poor service and not much of a variety at Breakfast,including no yoghurt and when I enquired about it ,was told that they ran out..that is poor management<br> Especially as this is a busy time of the year... <br> And with a grading of 4stars is unacceptable..<br> This spoilt my stay at the hotel,and cannot believe the hotel is a 4 star???
