Mondior PATHETIC SERVICE AND CHECK IN

Good evening

My partner and I checked in at the Mondior this evening and we were firstly not given the room which were confirmed, secondly the card did not work to open the door at the second room and this costed us 3 trips up and down to reception.

A simple apology and "we understand" does not cut it because neither were sincere. I drive from Pretoria and my first experience, to which I hoped would be a memorable experience, started off horribly and spoiled my entire weekend.

This is totally unacceptable!!!!!
